Who We Are
As a 501(c)3 non-profit, A Farm Less Ordinary’s mission is to provide meaningful employment and a welcoming community for people with Intellectual, Developmental, and Cognitive Disabilities (IDCD). We train “Growers” in general job skills like teamwork and communication, as well as specific skills in agriculture, kitchen work, and retail to prepare them for greater independence and workforce success.
What We Do
A Farm Less Ordinary provides employment, training and a welcoming community to people with intellectual, developmental and/or cognitive disabilities.
