Volunteer: Be a Buddy for Challenger Baseball GamesBuddies are individuals who assist Challenger players in the areas of batting, base running and defense, but only as needed. Often buddies are peer athletes who are participating in the Dulles & surrounding Little League areas, softball leagues, high schools, and individuals from the community. When we don't have volunteers to help us, the parents or siblings have to. Any Buddy over the age of 18 goes through our background check. This partnership also provides our parents the opportunity to watch from the stands like any other organized team sport allows.
