Help Sweeten the Fun – Donate Candy!

Want to be part of the fun but can’t decorate a trunk? You can still help make our Trunk or Treat event a sweet success by donating candy! We’re collecting individually wrapped to help stock our trunks and ensure every child goes home with plenty of treats.  Donations can be dropped off at the church anytime before October 25th.

Be a Halloween Hero – Volunteer at Trunk or Treat!

Want to make a big impact behind the scenes? We're looking for event day volunteers to help make our Trunk or Treat run smoothly from start to finish!

Volunteer roles include:

Assisting with set-up and breakdown

Replenishing candy at trunks throughout the event

Helping direct trunks to their spots

Providing general support to ensure a safe and fun experience for all

Whether you can help for the whole event or just a portion, we’d love to have you on the team!

Volunteer arrival time: Please check in at 12:00 PM.

Add a Splash of Color – Face Painting at Trunk or Treat!

Get ready to bring smiles and creativity to life! We’re looking for volunteers to help with face painting at our Trunk or Treat event. Whether you're an artist or just love working with kids, this is a fun way to be part of the magic! Designs should be simple, festive, and family-friendly—think pumpkins, ghosts, bats, and friendly monsters. All face painting supplies will be provided, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to create a fun and safe experience for each child.

Set-up time: Please arrive between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, with all stations ready by 1:30 PM.

Bring the Fun – Host a Game at Trunk or Treat!

Looking for a fun way to get involved? Help us make this year’s Trunk or Treat extra exciting by running a game booth! We’re looking for volunteers to set up and host simple, kid-friendly games.  We will provide everything that you will need.

Set-up time: Please plan to arrive between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, with all game stations ready to go by 1:30 PM.

Join the Fun at Our Trunk or Treat Event!

We invite you to decorate your trunk (family-friendly themes, please—nothing too spooky!) and help us create a fun and festive atmosphere by handing out candy to our trick-or-treaters.

Each participating trunk should plan to bring at least 200 pieces of candy to start. Don’t worry—our volunteers will be circulating throughout the event to help restock your supply as needed.

Set-up time: Please arrive and park between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. All trunks must be in place by 1:30 PM at the latest. Thank you for helping us make this a safe and memorable event for families in our community!
