This position answers the hotline at the CSC Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and/or remotely via Nextiva (phone app) during evenings and on weekends.
Volunteer must complete the 40-hour Volunteer Training, background checks and confidentiality form. The volunteer will also be required to train/shadow the hotline specialist or other client-facing advocate before answering calls.
