Needs From: Volunteer Loudoun

Each year, Crossroads partners with the Loudoun County Homeless Shelter to collect essential supplies for individuals and families. In the past, donations have included hygiene kits, coats, boots, sleeping bags, and pillows—items that provide warmth, comfort, and dignity to those facing homelessness.

This fall, we are focusing our efforts on collecting new sleeping bags.

Each year, Crossroads partners with the Loudoun County Homeless Shelter to collect essential supplies for individuals and families. This fall, we are focusing our efforts on collecting new pillows.

On the 1st Wednesday of each month, Crossroads volunteers will be providing hot meals at the Loudoun County Homeless Shelter. You can help prepare a meal for 10 or serve at the shelter, or both! This is a hands-on mission that will make an impact on all who serve. Families, small groups and individuals are invited to volunteer.

Shelter House is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides crisis intervention, safe housing, and supportive services necessary to families experiencing homelessness and victims of domestic violence.
