Join our inclusive farming community at A Farm Less Ordinary to help us cultivate a high-quality crop while providing meaningful employment for people with IDCD. Volunteers will assist with essential tasks like weeding, planting, mulching and organic field maintenance to ensure our produce thrives. It’s a rewarding, hands-on way to support local agriculture and foster an empowered, integrated workforce in Loudoun County. Requirements: All volunteers must be age 13 or older, and able to walk unassisted on uneven farmland in various weather conditions. Ages 18 and older: Must pass a background check and attend orientation. Join Us for a Group Volunteer Experience! Looking for a meaningful team activity? Your group can help make a difference at our farm! We love hosting groups who want to contribute to our mission. The Perfect Group Size: To ensure everyone has a great experience, we work best with groups of 16 or fewer volunteers (ages 13 and up). This size allows us to provide a meaningful experience for everyone, while effectively managing our farm activities. Ready to Plan Your Visit? Let's talk about how your group can help!
