What We Do
Since 2003, Loudoun Cares has been connecting Loudoun County residents with the resources they need as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Through our ConnectLine Helpline, we link individuals and families to local nonprofits and agencies that provide critical health and human services, including rent and utility assistance, food, clothing, medical and dental care, housing, job services, and more. We also partner with over 25 faith-based organizations to secure emergency financial aid for qualifying residents.
