This event is high-energy, messy, and FUN – and we need your help to make it safe, smooth, and exciting for the students! Volunteer Roles:
Setup– Arrive early to help set up color stations, refill bottles/balls, and prepare the play area.
Powder Distributors – Help manage the color supplies during rounds so things stay fair and fun.
Safety Watch – Spread out across the field to keep eyes on students and make sure the chaos stays safe.
Media Team – Take photos and videos to capture the colorful fun (bonus if anyone has a drone!).
Cleanup Helpers – Assist in packing up supplies and sweeping/blowing away leftover powder.
Arrival Times: 4:30 PM - All Volunteers arrive for a quick huddle before students check in We encourage volunteers to move around, jump into the fun, and connect with students while helping things run smoothly.
