This position assists with all tasks and support advocates/staff at the main office. Which includes:
- Answer, assess and, transfer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer the door, greet clients, and show them to the waiting room if necessary, all in a friendly manner
- Receive and process donations and mail
- Request staff assistance/advocacy for Walk-In clients
- Administrative duties such as copying, shredding, putting together pamphlets or brochures, and organizing donations/closets.
- Maintain the lobby with informational material, donations
- Answer Hotline, if fully trained to do so.
